By overseeing routine inspections and coordinating necessary work, we strive to keep our shared spaces well-maintained and functional for everyone.
Policy and Procedures Committee
The policy and procedures committee takes input on direction from members, and drafts policies to be recommended to the board, based on their feedback. Policies are then voted for by members in general meetings.
Board of Directors
The board of directors is responsible for running the co-op’s day-to-day activities and planning for the future of the co-op. They liaise with our management company and all the subcommittees. The directors field questions and concerns from members on all aspects of co-op life and operation. Board of directors positions are elected by the membership for a two-year term.
